kinemortophobia for making the eyes, giving them names, making them awesome and being amazing. (I'm such a fangirl, it's not even funny.) The eyes are on the very emotive Maxis sclera, which some people (including myself) love. I was originally going to put them on the Lyran sclera but her TOU basically told me to GTFO, so I put them on this one instead.
I'm also going to warn you that my previews are terrible: I suck at using Graphics Editing programs, so PLEASE forgive me. They don't look very nice either, but it's not for lack of trying, I'm just THAT inept.

There's a regular custom set, a geneticized townie-friendly set (wherein darker colors are dominant and lighter colors are recessive), and different defaults for you to pick and choose. If you're looking for defaults of the original set, check these out by
engram_au . If you're looking for defaults and other recolors check out this set by inkbottleblue . If you want the first set of recolors, here's Easy/Lucky/Free Part One with supernatural defaults here. If you want the reclors with a different, more animation friendly sclera, check out these edits by without_pith . You can only have one set of defaults at a time and only one default of any given color. This means one light blue, one dark blue, one green, one vampire, one bigfoot, etc. The normal eye colors are named after Bright Eyes songs and the alien eyes are named after Conor Oberst songs. Now we just need the first set converted too. And all the creature sims... I need to figure out how to do those. I really need a plantsim replacement. Their Maxis eyes really bother me. So cloudy and meh.
I'll have to do some contacts at some point now. So many projects! Lately, I've been preoccupied with trying to replicate my grandparent's saltbox house in sim form. I'm learning how to make basements and all that. It's pretty crazy, but fun too.
O__O I wasn't aware that we were going to do the first set too. It's so much work! D: (But it would probably have to be me, right? I have some of the .bmp files, and I know exactly where they line up with the others...)
I NEED a new Plantsim replacement as well. I got a Plantsim ~the natural way~ today, and I was bothered by the skin.
Ooo, that sounds insanely cool. I'm trying to retexture +alpha edit numerous Peggy hairs, so we'll see how that goes. And I asked Miki for permission to use her textures, but she hasn't answered back.
I have no issues with the skin on the creature sims, but the Maxis eyes have to go. I guess it would just be a matter of editing the original skins to have the new eyes. I have no idea how to do it, but I'm sure I could figure it out.
My grandparents have a very cool traditional Newfoundland saltbox, with odd like details in it that couldn't possibly be replicated, like inasanely steep stairs, and a real short ceiling upstairs (my grandfather has to bend over to walk around, but my Nan can't even reach the ceiling - there's a an insane height difference :P). I would love to get it to work out in a reasonably accurate version, for a sim building. I could offer it as a Christmas present.

That sounds so awesome. The ceiling thing sounds scary though. O_O And yay! I would love it! (I'm thinking of working on MOAR Sweater Vests for Christmas. [Can you tewll I'm obsessed?])
I need to decide which eyes I want for these creature sims first. I guess I'll stick to the suggested themes for colours.
I've always loved their house. If I can make it and decorate it just so, it should be awesome. They have a crazy garden too, with lots of fruit/berry trees and lots of room for growing vegeatbles (too bad seasons didn't including things like potatoes - that's what it mostly consists of).
Oooh, more sweater vests would be great. Have you seen Schooldays by Amaryll at GOS? I'm really loving this mesh. It liberates the sweater vest and blouse, so it can be paired with any bottoms (my favourite being migamoo's pencil skirt *swoon*). You might be interested in taking a look.

I've always wished that Sims could grow MOAR things. Potatoes are awesome- did your grandfather sell them, or did he eat them? Either way, it's cool. :)

Check out my journal, you'll find Phobia eye replacements on Maxis-match skins there. If there is a skin you want just on Maxis, not Maxis match, give me a yell. I didn't do Genie or Bigfoot yet, but I've done all the others.
I'm thinking of updating some of the skintones with Series 2 eyes as well, so if you let me know which eyes you want on which skintone, I'll just pop them in for you while I'm doing the others. It's actually not much extra work. And tell me if you want these or the original Phobia/Sarhra sclera.
I've seen your creature skins, and they're very nice. I believe you're using the orginal Phobia eyes with shading, though, right? That's the only reason I didn't use them. I'm probably a specialized case, but I want to keep the skins of the creature skins exactly Maxis too. I'm still on the fence about nose shaders and the like, so I'm Maxis skin all the way.

The offer is open for whenever. Once I have the skintones extracted I usually leave a plain version lying around and because I use Maxis bodies, it's just a matter of swapping out a face, so not much work in terms of whether it's the edited or original Maxis skintones. I did the skintone edits before my PC blew up so I no longer have the base files, but I'll extract them this weekend because I like to have that sort of thing lying around. Yeah, I know - pathetic! Just let me know which eyes you want :)
...Now if only I could do my own. Ugh, Paint Shop Pro is not letting me do transparent images! I could have sworn I was able to do that years ago when I was a whiz at the damn thing.
